Please enjoy our yearly magazine, The Herzliyan. This is a very special edition, focusing on Reichman University’s enduring strength and accomplishments during Operation Swords of Iron. I would like to commend the leadership of President Boaz Ganor, our founder Prof. Uriel Reichman, and Head of the Raphael Recanati International School, Jonathan Davis. Their commitment to RU and the State of Israel has gotten us through one of the darkest moments in history. The articles contained in this magazine are a testament to the Zionist spirit that our University was built upon and lives on every day.
I am so proud of our faculty, staff, students, and alumni for their perseverance during this difficult time. Most importantly, thank you to our donors for your unwavering support. None of this would be possible without you.

Dear Friends,
Since October 7th, when the State of Israel and the Jewish People suffered the greatest civilian massacre since the Holocaust, Reichman University and its community are facing significant challenges with remarkable resilience and unity.
The sacrifice and dedication shown by the students, faculty and supporters are commendable. The leadership of Prof. Boaz Ganor, the new President and his team, together with Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Founding President, Prof. Uriel Reichman have displayed leadership, courage, and commitment during these most challenging times.
We have devoted the 2024 Herzliyan to the Swords of Iron War, and to all that has taken place on this campus over the past six months.
